Wait for it!
So it has been a minute since I last wrote on the blog. Much has gone on but it has allowed me to listen and learn. How many times have you wanted something to happen so bad but it seems to take too long? Things like a job, a decision, a change, money, friends, and exc. The latest term that is being used is Wait on it! When it seems that things are going really slow and hard to bear while waiting, wait on it! When life has dealt you that terrible hand or situation and it is so overwhelming wait on it! When every thing around you seems to be going down hill wait on it! A better way for me to say this is wait to see what God has in store for you. God's ways are not our ways and thoughts are not our thoughts. His timing is most assuredly not our timing. What i can say is that He may not come when we think he should but He is always right on time.
Waiting takes patience, it takes endurance, it grows us and finally it makes us strong.
Here is the promise for waiting.;
Isaiah 40:29-31
New King James Version (NKJV)
29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
So don't be moved by what you see, hear, or feel they will all change but God is the only constant with a promise of being faithful.
