Greetings everyone,
this message goes out to all of us who find it a struggle to remain focused during difficult times. I typically will end some of these messages by saying remain focused, and as often as I say it I really understand it's very hard for people to do so. To remain focused is a conscious decision it's also a choice. Just like it's a choice for us to be positive when really we want to be negative. What am I actually saying when I say "remain focused" or find an opportunity to see past all the difficult situations around us? Simply put I am saying make a choice to see past the negativity, be positive in your outlook, and keep your focus completely on the goal that you're trying to reach. Goal, mission, vision, purpose are all the same thing, and this is what we want to pay particular attention to when times appear to be tough. More often than not things come at us and they appear to be much bigger than what they really are this is a mirage or fasade (things that appear to be something that they really aren't). Unfortunately we spend a lot of time and attention on these things. When it's all said and done they were very small but appear to be really big. Our lives have been topsy-turvy, and turned upside down as a result of the attention that we have given the situation. I personally say it's time for us to be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to facing difficult situations. My encouragement is as follows...
1. Unfortunately difficult times will come at us, but never allow it to divert you from focus.
2. Tough times don't last tough people do (Gospel Gangstez!) dig deep wirhin when things are tough around you to regain focus.
3. Don't let life catch you by surprise always be prepared for anything to happen knowing that you are an overcomer irregardless.
4. Understand that tough situations don't make you who you are, but you are made through these situations.
5. I've heard that there could be no growth without rain life is not always easy, life is conrinuous, so focus on the fact that we're constantly growing and moving forward.
6. Finally pure gold is tested and tried by fire, so is our lives to be tested and tried so that we are purified through lifes process. (although we may feel the heat we have to see the purpise through tremendous focus).
